Dinner With Chief Michael Hirst 9-9-22

Chef Michael Hirst demonstrated cooking tips for each of the courses served by ICCC Students at Willow Ridge on Friday, September 9th, 2022. Dinner included warm orange and grapefruit sockeye salmon salad, pork wellington served with harvest vegetables, and a warm poached pear with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
